Tebuconazole+Trifloxystrobin 75 Wg

 Tebuconazole+Trifloxystrobin 75 Wg

Mode of action

Tebuconazole is a triazole fungicide that works by preventing the formation of ergosterol, a crucial element of fungal cell membranes. The function and integrity of fungal cell walls depend on ergosterol. Tebuconazole weakens the cell membrane by preventing the synthesis of ergosterol, which makes the cell membrane more permeable. The fungal cell eventually perishes as a result of this disturbance.

Trifloxystrobin, a strobilurin fungicide, operates in a distinct manner. By attaching to an energy-producing protein complex in the mitochondria, it prevents the fungal respiration process. The fungus pathogen's capacity to produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main source of energy for cells, is hampered by this disturbance. As a result, the fungus is unable to perform its necessary functions and eventually perishes from a lack of energy.

Uses

It is used in wheat, Barley, soyberan, oilseeds, cotton, fruitcrops, vegetables, legumes etc. crop for controlling diseases like rust, powedery mildew, alternaria blight, various leaf spot diseases, early and late blight, downy mildew of grapes etc.

Picoxystrobin 6.78%w/w + Tricyclazole 20.33 w/w sc

Picoxystrobin 6.78%w/w + Tricyclazole 20.33 w/w sc: This is systemic fungiside. as per cibrc guidline  it is mostly recommended for only two crop paddy and chilli.

Paddy(Rice) -Leaf blast and neck blast 1 liter/ha.

chilli- Anthracnose, wet rot, powedery mildew.

Mode of action:

Picoxysrobin: The strobilurin group fungicide picoxystrobin is a member of the Qo (quinone outside) inhibitor class. It works by interfering with the way the electron transport chain in the mitochondria of fungus cells functions. It specifically prevents the cytochrome bc1 complex (complex III), which is necessary for the fungus to produce energy (ATP synthesis).Picoxystrobin efficiently affects the ability of the fungal cell to produce energy by interfering with this mechanism, which results in the pathogen's death.

Tricyclazole: Tricyclazole is a systemic fungicide that belongs to the phenyl and benzene compound chemical class. Its primary method of action is to inhibit melanin formation, a pigment required for the structural integrity of fungal cell walls. Tricyclazole inhibits the enzyme polyketide synthase, which is involved in the formation of melanin in fungal cells. As a result, fungal cell walls become weaker and more vulnerable to external stress, eventually leading to cell death.

Tricyclazole prevents the formation of melanin, while picoxystrobin interferes with fungus respiration. This dual impact can better control numerous fungal diseases in crops and help stop the emergence of resistance in fungal populations.

Monocrotophose36sl

Monocrotophos :
is belong to organoposphaphate group. First developed by scientist Milton S. Schecheter during 1960.  Monocrotophos is systemic insecticide that inhibits acetylcholinesterase (AChE), a crucial enzyme for the nervous system's function in insects and mammals, including humans. Chemical formula is C7H14NO5P. Molar weight is 223.2g/mol.
As per CIBRC guideline monocrotophos is recommended for spraying in rice, maize,
black gram, green gram, sugarcene, cotton citrus, mango, coconut etc.

Monocrotophos is used for the control of hopper, stem borer, shoot fly, pod borer, pyrilla, aphid, jassid, thrips, bollworms, mite, black headed catterpillar etc.
